The Unified Voters' List is a public document in which the unified records of citizens of the Republic of Serbia who have the right to vote are kept. It is managed through modern technologies, as an electronic database and updated according to a unique methodology. It was created by unifying the voter lists in 2011, which until the adoption of the Law on the Unified Voters' List were kept by municipal and city administrations in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Election of People's Deputies. It was first used for the 2012 elections.
